  • What exactly do you sell, + to whom?

We offer a curated collection of ethically made, wholesale goods ranging from Packaging, Accessories, + Apparel – perfect for small businesses, big businesses, events, + everything in between.

  • Do you take orders for entirely custom production?

OUR PROCESS

  • How does the customization work for your Apparel + Accessories lines?

Our Apparel + Accessories lines allow you an experience that is truly the best of both worlds: we offer sleek product designs already established for a streamlined ordering process, which you can then customize to reflect your brand via logo, printed fabric or lining, custom tags, + zipper tape colors!

  • Can I get a sample with my logo/ custom colors/ print?

Yep! We include strike off photos sent via email before the final printing of your order, but if you would prefer a physical sample that's no problem. Please just send us an email upon placing your order + let us know that you would like a physical sample, then we'll send over an invoice. The charge is $40 for shipping + cost of the product + customization. Keep in mind that making + sending a physical sample will add approximately 6 weeks to the overall timeline. 

 

YOUR DESIGN

  • What are Pantone Colors?

Pantone is the name brand for the universal color matching system that’s used in the printing industry. Check out the Pantone Color finder HERE + choose a color you love, then we’ll match it!

  • How do I submit my custom print designs?

First, check out our Screen Print + Digital Print DESIGN TEMPLATES to make sure your file matches our guidelines accordingly. Then, simply specify what type of print you would like on each product, (One Sided/ Two Sided/ All-Over Print), + upload your designs when prompted by clicking the "Choose File" button!

  • How do I submit my custom tag designs?

First, please see our Woven + Paper Hang Tag DESIGN TEMPLATES to ensure your file fits our requirements. Then, navigate to Tags in our catalog + upload your designs by clicking the "Choose File" button!

  • Can I see the basic structure of your bag?

 

 PAYMENT

  • What is your minimum order?

We have 2 tiers: Some Custom + Super Custom. The Some Custom minimum is $300 and includes 2 fabric options, printing on 1 or 2 sides, + WORK+SHELTER tags. The Super Custom minimum is $1000 and offers an additional fabric option, exterior Pantone Color, webbing tape Pantone Color, + custom tags – all including shipping!

  • Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not. However, we will gladly replace any products you're unhappy with! Please email us with any concerns at [email protected] + we'll reply within 24 hours.

 

DELIVERY

  • Where do you ship to?

Anywhere + everywhere! Standard ground shipping is included in your total order.

  • When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive about 2 weeks after shipping. The timeline for your shipment is specified upon placing the order.

  • Do you offer rush shipping?

We do indeed, although this service is at your cost. Prices vary according to destination. If you require rush shipping, please email us at [email protected] + we'll send you a separate invoice.
